Happy New Year! 2016

Winter is fully in swing and although you love the snow, it's just too cold to go out for long periods of time. You absolutely love the outdoors. Sometimes I wish we lived in a warmer state so you can be out running all day.

At school, you've found the snack drawer and communicate very clearly when you want a snack outside of snack time. You'll walk over, bang on the drawer and say, "CRACKA, CRACKA!!" There's a very clear snack schedule at school but your teachers do give you extra crackers at the end of the day because you would get hangry. Your teachers absolutely love you and tell us that you have a big personality, enough for three kids.

You've also started to really communicate with full sentences, it's very cute to see your thought process and reactions. This week, the weather is starting to warm up a little so you'll definitely be outside enjoying the weather.

Thanksgiving and Christmas 2015

The holidays flew by! Thanksgiving was a great time off and we stayed in town. Mama baked a big turkey with all the yummy sides. You favorite sides are mash potatoes and sweet potato casserole. It's so much fun watching you grow and develop. You love to test your limits, whether it's at school, with mama and baba or with your brother Beni. You love and adore Beni but you get great please from testing your limits with him.

For Christmas break, we flew out to see Yipao and family in Connecticut. Yipao loves taking care of you and even though it was cold outside, you insisted that Yipao bring you out multiple times a day. You're starting to get Christmas but not there yet. Opening presents was a lot of fun.
