Christmas

December is here!  Time for our annual traditions.  We went to find a Christmas tree at the Optimist lot.  Your goal is always to find the biggest tree that will fit in the house.  Then, you and Ben find a small tree and a wreath.  This year did not disappoint - we found a thick tree that goes all the way up to the ceiling.  

Time to decorate the tree!  Funny story, the tree 
is not straight which resulted in lots of 
work for baba.

Desserts complete.  The pretzels are always a hit.  We also 
had a lemon tiramisu (meh) regular tiramisu (ok) and 
the apple pie was a total bust.  Last year the apples
were crunchy.  This year the apples were mushy.

This year, you asked Santa for a couple of things:

3. Everyone to wake up early

4. Lots of love and 5. to see Jeremy one more time.  Santa delivered on all of them except Jeremy.  He explained that he could not bring Jeremy back but Jeremy's spirit is in his stuffie.  You can always talk to Jeremy and he will be with you.  You asked me if Jeremy was stuck in there!  How sweet.

Thanksgiving

This year, Anthony and Mai hosted Thanksgiving dinner at their new house!  It was a lot of fun.  We spent a week in Boston hanging out, playing video games, and visiting a few places - the zoo and aquarium.

animal specialists and she shared with you that
it's also one of her favorite animals.  Then,
she walked to the tank with you to show you where
the grouper was b/c he's a bit shy.  So cool and 
totally made our trip!!
