Camp Christmas Tree

We always start summer with two weeks of camp christmas tree.  The weather is not too hot yet and you guys still love it. This year, you had fishing with Tessa and traditional camp.  It was a lot of fun and also ALOT of mosquitos.  

Family night - you still LOVE these brats.  Ate four of them, with cookies and lemonade (3x).  
This year, we had family night without baba as he was coaching your soccer game. :)

We have our summer list completed.   One thing you guys both love is visiting Mom's work cafeteria.  And this visit did not disappoint!

Bradley Berger!!! It's June 2nd and you turned NINE.  You've been waiting for your birthday for months and it's finally here!  True to tradition, we celebrate with a week of fun.

Last day of school field day!!

Where has the time gone?  I can't believe you are finishing 3rd grade.  It makes me both happy and sad.  This year, you've grown so much. Your reading is now up to 3rd grade standards (and beyond).  Mrs Fisher is so proud of the progress you have made.  You've been trying hard every single day in class.

Memorial day

This year, we had Memorial Day camping at Lake Carlos, our favorite.  The weather couldn't be more perfect.  80's, sunny, cool breeze, no funny bugs hanging from the trees.  You had a great time and also caught a few fishes!

Concerts and date nights

 The school year is approaching the end fast!!  I don't think you mind as you are not a big fan of school. :)  Here we had your first in-person concert.  It was great to hear songs such as Mary Poppins and Hakuna Matata.
