Labor Day weekend - Seattle

For our long Labor Day weekend, we decided to check out Seattle.  We've been to the airport so many times and you guys really wanted to check it out.  Plus, we figured Seattle would have less tourist as it's not a sunny place to wrap up summer.  It was a calculated safer option :)

Lots of cuddles to Chipmunk before he goes to the sitter

Frequently getting bumped up = more room for stuffies

First stop - DTF, Mama's fav!!

You LOVE XLB - ate about 15 of them!

Right outside our hotel, the Space Needle

First day - checking out Pike Place

Gorgeous day

What a view

Day 1 - boat cruise, check out the sound

Did you know the waters are several hundred feet deep?

View from the cruise

Practically had the whole boat to ourselves

Ben's backpack is likely stuck in there

The wood carvings were quite interesting to you

Big Wheel - yikes

You weren't scared at all!

Definitely your favorite ride- we went back the next day

Lots of fun!

Swim at the pool daily, lounging in the room

Ready to go up?

We were all a little scared at first

When on top of the space needle, ice cream!

So beautiful

What toy did you want from the Space Needle?  Rainbow Unicorn

Neo the Space Needle

We had a lot of fun at the park!  You saw a kayaker trying to go out to the sound.  You actually went into the water and pushed him out.  Everyone was shouting and clapping for you.  It was really cute because you are seven and pushing an adult in a kayak.  He was also high as a kite (one day you will know what this means)
At the park

Dim Sum breakfast at Pike Place

Pike Place is not a full visit without going to Beecher's cheese.  When we walked by Beecher's and you saw the cheese, you screamed out, "Milk of the GODS!!!"  The people in line all thought it was pretty amusing and creative.  One guy asked Baba if you just made it up and when he heard you did, he said, "wow, that kid is awesome" We agree, you are pretty awesome.

Just in time for feeding

Super cool to touch

Aquarium

We were on there!

Raindrop cake - not very good

the Zoo

So good to be home

We had a busy and fun trip!  There was a lot of walking, rides, treats and animals to be seen :)

Love you Bradley!!
