Day 1 Rome certainly packed in the steps. After 15k steps, we were ready for dinner and relaxation. We had a lovely meal at Piatto Romano. Lots and lots of pasta along with oxtail and tripe.

| Notice the oreos and pringles snack |

Day 2 Rome started off with an uber ride down to the Pantheon. We were super lucky because Anthony and Wong walked down there earlier and was already in line. I think that saved us 30 minutes.

| European AC = still hot |
After the Pantheon, we walked to the Trevi fountain and it was PACKED. We took a few quick pics and headed to our walking food tour with Katie Perla. The food tour was amazing! Both of you were not sure about it but really enjoyed the experience as we got to eat, learn, walk, relax.
First stop was coffee. I got a cold espresso... which was lukewarm at best. Both of you tried it and hated it. Don't worry, you have a lifetime to enjoy coffee. Then, we tried breakfast cream puffs - YUM! After breakfast cream puffs, we went to Roscioli to try their pizza/flatbreads. Very simple and delicious. We learned that most places brag about when they were established. So.... this place was not 50 years old.

| Jewish Ghetto |

I got to try fried pasta balls and artichoke - my food bucket list for Italy is complete!!
Break at the bar

 |
| After a nice AC stop at the bar, we hit up this pork place. The pork sandwiches was good. I think I'm americanized... was looking for juicy pork with some fixings. This thing was purely pork and break |
 |
Lots of pork
We also hit up gelato (of course!) at Fatomograna. This was the best gelato in Rome. The flavors were creative and excellent. I got one scoop with basil and one scoop with honey. YUM |
 |
| Food tour ended with two scoops tiramisu. It was pretty good but not the best. |
 |
We were on the 6th floor. The elevator was very very old. Fit about 2-3 people with a max of 250 lbs. |
After a break at the house, we went on our Vespa night tour. It was one of the highlights of the trip!!

We also ordered duck and ravioli which didn't make the pics!
One dessert for each person - two chocolate cakes and two tiramisu's. This was the best tiramisu we've had. And the chocolate cake was super rich and delicious too. I'm so glad we made it to dinner and enjoyed every bite.
